If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:

1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

Products must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.

The product’s tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Kamalia Khaddar.

3. Timeframe:

You must request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns or exchange requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

5. Refunds and Exchange Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

For approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchanges will be shipped out promptly upon approval. Delivery Cost and Parcel Packing cost not refund.

6. Return Shipping :

For defective or damaged items, Kamalia Khaddars will cover the return shipping costs.

For exchanges due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs  .
